Tampa Area Housing Market Statistics (Hillsborough County) – August 2011

We report housing market statistics for Hillsborough County, which includes the city of Tampa and surrounding areas as a year over year number as we believe that is much more accurate to find the direction of the market, rather than reporting month over month numbers which are skewed by seasonal differences. We also only report Single Family Homes, though we are glad to supply you market statistics for townhouses and condos if needed.
